This package includes everything the GETTING STARTED course includes, but we also offer SUPPORT from the beginning of your first purchase until you RENT your property. - We will create one (1) GROUP with the Realtor and another (2) GROUP with the Contractor so we can maintain 100% communication until the purchase, remodeling, rental, or sale process is complete. Note: This entire process could take approximately 60 days. The initial 1HR Meeting is just to plan and discuss the project.
