This package is highly recommended to learn about terms used by lenders, percentages, margins, credit and steps to follow from before submitting your offer until you RENT your property. In this 2-hour course, we'll share our experience STEP BY STEP.

This package includes everything the GETTING STARTED course includes, but we also offer SUPPORT from the beginning to end of your first purchase until you RENT your property.

- We will create one (1) GROUP with the Realtor and another (2) GROUP with the Contractor so we can maintain 100% communication until the purchase, remodeling, rental, or sale process is complete.
